    Kroger is a little pricey than the other grocery stores in the area. I used to not mind the higher costs for the nicer shopping experience. Now they are cutting back on cashiers and adding more self check outs. I don't mind self checks out if I just have a few items, but if I have a cart full, I prefer to use a cashier. This morning they only had 2 cashier lines open.

    Kroger claims they are 'urgently hiring' but obviously not. I went to a scheduled interview and when I got there they told me they were no longer looking for workers. Really, they couldn't even let me know in advance not to waste my time and money driving out there for nothing? Total disrespect from them. I'll be shopping there as seldom as possible from now on.

    Normally we have a good experience, but one of the employees had a seizure and the store did not have enough training to carry on, the lanes and that area should have been closed and shoppers diverted to the farthest lanes away. More training is needed in emergency situations.

    Love the store. Love several of the employees. Mark, Roosevelt, Les and several others are wonderful. I hate the u scans but if Juanita is the only cashier open I will use them because she is so very rude and nasty. We will avoid her line at all costs.

    Terrible customer service that starts at the top. The general manager has been seen on multiple visits berating employees. This visit there was a line 9 people long at customer service, she noticed and continued to stare at the line until multiple people walked up to complain. Won’t be back until Brenda is gone as manager. Patty(an absolute sweetheart) at customer service called four times for assistance and it went unanswered. This isn’t the kind of place I would work at.
